EA Creative LLC ("bySophia AI") engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to operate the Service. Each provider processes personal data only as needed for the purpose described, consistent with our Privacy Policy (Section 6) and applicable data-protection commitments.

Downstream providers. Our sub-processors may rely on their own vetted sub-processors (for example, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and large-language-model providers used by our voice infrastructure). Details are available in each provider's own privacy and compliance documentation.
Named list upon request. For confidentiality and security reasons, certain infrastructure providers are identified here by category. Customers and prospective customers may request the complete named list (for vendor due diligence, DPAs or security reviews) by writing to [email protected]; we respond within 5 business days.
